Welcome to Transitions in Recovery, a Men’s sober living house located in Mohnton, PA. Our residents are committed to continued sobriety and participate actively in East Coast Recovery Services’ Recovery Enhancement Program. If you are looking for upscale and clean aftercare with a foundation based on 12 Step Models, schedule a tour of Transitions in Recovery.

Certified Recovery Specialists, as well as Certified Addictions Counselors are on staff to assist you or your loved one in your recovery from alcoholism and/or drug addiction.

Although many residents are referred directly from rehab (treatment facilities), our transitional living program may be appropriate for other candidates looking for a halfway or ¾ house.
